2. Estimates & Services
Estimates provided online or in person are preliminary and may change after a full inspection.
Repairs will not begin without customer authorization and/or insurance approval.
Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to starting any work.
3. Insurance Claims
We work with insurance companies to streamline the claims process.
Harvil Auto Body is not responsible for final coverage decisions made by your insurance provider.
Deductibles are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality service, Harvil Auto Body is not liable for:
Delays caused by parts shortages, shipping issues, or insurance approval processes.
Loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles.
Our liability is limited to the scope of work we perform, as outlined in the customer’s signed repair agreement.
5. Warranty
Repairs performed by Harvil Auto Body are covered under our Lifetime Warranty on workmanship and paint.
OEM and Aftermarket parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
